We are currently looking for a speaker to fill our talk slot for this evening.

Have you recently solved a tricky performance issue? Explored a cool new gem? Or perhaps you want to share your thoughts on the latest Ruby features or a side project you've been working on?

Format: 15-30 minutes presentation + brief Q&A
Topic: Anything relevant to Ruby, Rails, or software engineering practices that the community would find valuable.
